Researchers, Sayuri Hirano and Kazushi Hosoi of Chemical R&D Division gave the two poster presentations at 2017 Summer Symposium of The Japanese Society for Process Chemistry (JSPC) held on August 3 – 4 at Osaka Conference Center
The researchers presented research on asymmetric synthesis technology and organometallic catalysis technology (the research was done at Pharmaceutical Sciences in Takeda) and many people showed their interests on their posters through active Q&A session. The two researchers remarked that they could appeal strongly the technology of SPERA PHARMA, and gained inspiration by high level of interest during Q&A session, and want to further develop asymmetric synthesis and organometallic catalysis technology.
At the symposium, JSPC Award for Excellence was selected for outstanding presentations from technical points, and the poster presentation of Sayuri Hirano (Co-researcher Mitsuhisa Yamano) selected as one of the Awards.
Award ceremony and lecture will be held at 2017 Winter Symposium of The Japanese Society for Process Chemistry on December 8 in Nagasaki.
