CSR Procurement Policy and Guidelines

SPERA PHARMA is committed to achieving a healthier society through its fundamental principle of “excellent pharmaceutical manufacturing.” To realize this goal, we have established the “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Procurement Policy” and “CSR Procurement Guidelines.” We ask our business partners to understand these guidelines and cooperate with us as partners to fulfill our social responsibilities.

CSR Procurement Policy

  1. We respect human rights and strive to improve the labor environment as well as occupational health and safety.
  2. We conduct procurement operations that are environmentally friendly, including reducing the environmental impact and ensuring safety.
  3. We conduct procurement operations in compliance with relevant laws and corporate ethics.
  4. In the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and construction, we comprehensively consider the quality, price, delivery time, technical capabilities of suppliers, supply stability, and environmental conservation efforts.
  5. We treat our suppliers as important partners in our business operations, respond with sincerity, and strive to build mutual understanding and trust through fair transactions.
  6. We do not accept or offer inappropriate hospitality or gifts that exceed the bounds of social norms.
  7. We protect the confidentiality of information obtained through procurement operations, and we appropriately manage and protect the intellectual property rights of our suppliers.

    Comply with laws and conduct fair corporate activities in accordance with social norms.
  3. Promotion of CSR
    Recognize that CSR is an integral part of corporate activities, strive for the sustainable development of society and business, and establish an internal system to promote these efforts.
  4. Environmental Conservation
    Strive for environmental conservation and disclose the status of such efforts. In addition, consider green procurement and appropriately manage chemical substances contained in products.
  5. Quality and Safety
    Ensure the quality and safety of products. Establish a quality management system and promote quality assurance activities.
  6. Fair and Equitable Transactions
    Conduct fair and equitable transactions with your business partners.
  7. Risk Management
    Promote risk management, including appropriate and timely disclosure of information in response to unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Social Contribution
    Actively strive to contribute to the local and international communities.
  9. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
